Tim Trout is on the clock. His workout will last just 20 minutes. He is into his second month at True U Fitness in downtown Sarasota. Its a quick workout, and quite intense, but even co-owner Joe Muscatell needed a little high-intensity convincing.

“My wife was doing the 20 minute workout and was getting results. I thought it was too good to be true. I did the 20 minute workout and I could hardly walk”, laughs Joe Muscatell, co-owner of True U Fitness on 2nd Street in Sarasota.
